Built on a 4nm process, the chipset features an Octa-Core CPU, next-level Krake GPU architecture and an 8th-generation NPU, enabling over 8% lower power consumption for daily use and 15% improvement in smoothness32.

The Chipset’s 8th-Generation NPU, designed to be GenAI-ready, enables faster and more power-efficient on-device AI computing, delivering smoother generative AI, image processing and intelligent device experiences with reduced reliance on the cloud.

The display also carries SGS Low Blue Light Certification22, SGS Low Flicker Certification21 and SGS Five-Star Sunlight Display Certification20, supporting comfortable viewing across different conditions.

For extended viewing, the vivo T5 features Eye Protection Mode5, which supports scheduled activation and adjustable eye-protection levels. The vivo T5 is equipped with a large 7050 mAh Battery despite which, the smartphone is Segment’s Slimmest 7000+ mAh phone18, engineered to provide long-lasting power for users who spend extended hours gaming, streaming, recording, and staying connected. The vivo T5 also features Battery Life Extender, which automatically activates when the battery level is very low to prolong usable battery life. Adding to charging efficiency, Global Bypass Charging prioritizes power delivery to the system once the phone reaches 20% charge during supported usage scenarios. This helps mitigate temperature increases while the device is being used during charging.
